About Najah

Najah Maxwell, recipient of the 2024 Youth of the Year Award and a decade-long member of the Southside club, epitomizes dedication and leadership. In the classroom, she inspires her peers and excels academically, while also demonstrating unwavering commitment to service. As Commander of Marksmanship in her high school’s ROTC program, Najah exhibits discipline and integrity on the field. Her involvement in the NC Governor’s Page Program underscores her dedication to civic engagement. Najah’s embodiment of the Boys & Girls Club values earned her the 2024 Youth of the Year Award, reflecting her commitment to uplift others and excel in all endeavors.
