Boys & Girls Club blue is beginning to appear as renovations continue at The Congdon Hub for Great Futures! Our exciting re-build project, creating our flagship facility, is moving full steam ahead! Lots of other vibrant, kid-friendly colors are also appearing on interior walls. Much of the completely new HVAC system is in place. New windows shine throughout the 25,000 square foot building. Major plumbing work for new and improved bathroom facilities is underway. New stainless steel countertops and backsplashes have been added in the well-equipped kitchen. Masonry repairs are underway throughout the building. Conversion of the sanctuary to a gym is progressing well. New LED lighting installation is nearly complete. And, we are very very pleased to report that our fundraising status stands at about 80% of the goal! Please let us know if you would like to make a gift toward this amazing project.
